About Ortigas

Ortigas Center, straddling Pasig and Mandaluyong cities, is Metro Manila's second-largest central business district. While less internationally known than BGC or Makati, Ortigas has a thriving and surprisingly sophisticated wellness scene that serves its large population of office workers, hotel guests, and residents.

The area around ADB Avenue, Emerald Avenue, and the Megamall/Podium strip is home to a growing number of quality spa and massage establishments. Many are slightly more affordable than their BGC and Makati counterparts while maintaining excellent standards — making Ortigas excellent value for money.

Weekend visitors benefit from lighter traffic and more available appointments. The proximity to major malls (SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, The Podium) makes Ortigas an ideal destination to combine shopping with a pampering wellness session.
